CPS Private Staffing is recruiting an experienced House Manager for a prestigious private villa in Monaco.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and service-driven professional to oversee the day-to-day management of a luxury private residence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, presentation and maintenance of the property whilst acting as the central point of contact for the household, contractors and external suppliers.
This role requires a confident leader with exceptional organisational skills, a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for delivering the highest standards within a private household.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management and operation of the private residence.
- Ensure the villa, gardens and grounds are maintained to the highest standard at all times.
- Manage and coordinate all household contractors, suppliers and service providers.
- Liaise directly with the Principal and assist with day-to-day household operations.
- Handle household administration, invoices, budgets and bill payments.
- Coordinate household maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects.
- Supervise and support the household team, including housekeepers, private chefs, nannies and governesses.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain exceptional presentation standards.
- Run household and personal errands as required.
- Manage schedules for contractors and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate household records and documentation.
- Ensure the residence remains safe, secure and operating efficiently at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years' experience as a House Manager within a luxury private residence.
- Previous luxury 5-star hotel experience is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proven experience managing household staff, contractors and external suppliers.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Professional, discreet and highly trustworthy.
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused with a genuine "can-do" attitude.
- Able to work independently whilst remaining an effective team leader.
- Non-smoker.
- Previous experience working within UHNW or VIP households is highly advantageous.
