About the Role

CPS Private Staffing is seeking a positive, energetic and engaging Children's Mentor / Manny for a wonderful family based in Dubai.

This unique role is focused on becoming a trusted role model, mentor and older brother/sister figure to three children under the age of 10. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with the children, encouraging confidence, independence and positive values through fun, engaging and active experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a positive role model and trusted mentor.

• Build strong relationships with the children based on trust and respect.

• Organise football, sports and outdoor activities.

• Accompany the children on outings including the mall, cinema and recreational activities.

• Encourage confidence, teamwork and healthy lifestyles.

• Support social and emotional development.

• Create engaging and enjoyable experiences outside of school.

• Maintain a safe, positive and structured environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working with children.

• Passion for mentoring and child development.

• Energetic, active and engaging personality.

• Confident organising sports and recreational activities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Professional, patient and reliable.

• Driver's licence is advantageous.
