CPS Private Staffing is recruiting an experienced Private Chef for a lovely UHNW family based in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who is passionate about preparing fresh, healthy and beautifully presented meals for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The successful candidate will enjoy creating nutritious European and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine whilst also catering for relaxed BBQs, family gatherings and entertaining.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch and dinner for the family.

• Create healthy, balanced and seasonal European and Mediterranean menus.

• Cater for children's meals and family dietary preferences.

• Prepare BBQs and outdoor dining for family and guests.

• Cook for informal entertaining and family gatherings.

• Plan weekly menus in consultation with the family.

• Manage grocery shopping, kitchen stock and food ordering.

• Maintain the highest standards of kitchen organisation and hygiene.

• Ensure exceptional food presentation at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Private Chef or within luxury hospitality.

• Strong knowledge of healthy European and Mediterranean cuisine.

• Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.

• Experience catering for children and families.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Professional, discreet and flexible.

• Previous UHNW household experience is advantageous.
