Nanny/Housekeeper Role - ASAP Start - Banbury - Live in or Out
Live-in Housekeeper/Nanny (85\% Housekeeping / 15\% Childcare)
Location: BanburySalary: £40,000 live in
£50,000 gross per annum - live out
Accommodation: Private live-in accommodation with a spacious bedroom A warm and welcoming family based in Banbury are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised live-in Housekeeper/Nanny to become an integral part of their busy household.The family have three children aged 5 years, 4 years and 4 months, and are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is naturally organised and takes pride in maintaining a well-run home.This is primarily a housekeeping role (approximately 85\%), with childcare making up around 15\% of the position. The successful candidate will be happy to adapt to the changing needs of family life and enjoy the variety that comes with supporting a busy household.Hours
- Typically between 7:00am and 7:00pm
- Not all hours will be required every week
- Flexibility is essential to meet the family's changing schedule
- Full housekeeping duties, including cleaning, tidying and maintaining high household standards
- Laundry and ironing
- Household organisation and maintaining an efficient home
- Family meal preparation where required
- Running household errands
- Supporting with childcare before and after school, and assisting with the baby when needed
- Helping to keep children's areas clean, organised and well maintained
- Working alongside the parents and other household support in a collaborative manner
- Warm, kind and engaging
- Hardworking and proactive
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Fun, positive and energetic
- Flexible and happy to adapt to the ebb and flow of busy family life
- Efficient and able to use their own initiative
- A genuine team player who enjoys supporting a family in all aspects of running their home
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping and nanny role
- Full driving licence and confident driver (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
