A warm and welcoming family based in Canary Wharf is seeking an experienced, professional, and nurturing Part-time Nanny to provide exceptional care for their young child.

The successful candidate will have a strong background working with children in both private households and educational settings. The family is looking for someone who is engaging, proactive, and passionate about supporting early childhood development, with experience in Montessori or similar child-led learning approaches highly desirable.

Working Hours:

• 3 days per week
• Approximately 11:00am – 7:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive, sole-charge care
• Planning and delivering engaging, educational, and age-appropriate activities as an alternative to nursery
• Supporting the child's learning and development using Montessori or similar early-years principles
• Bathing and dressing the child
• Preparing healthy, nutritious, age-appropriate meals and snacks
• Feeding the child where required
• Carrying out all child-related laundry
• Maintaining tidy and organised child-related areas
• Ensuring the child's routine is followed and their wellbeing is always prioritised

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience working with young children in both private households and educational environments
• Relevant childcare and/or education qualifications
• Montessori or similar early-years experience (preferred)
• A warm, caring, and professional approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, reliable, and flexible attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development
• DBS and First aid essential
