49641: English-speaking Travelling Nanny in Berlin & Ibiza

We are looking for a warm, experienced and intuitive Nanny to join a welcoming private household and play a central role in the children’s day to day lives. This is a lovely opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and takes pride in supporting their growth, confidence and happiness.

You will be responsible for creating a calm, nurturing environment where the children can thrive. Through play based learning, creative activities and thoughtful routines, you will support their development while also encouraging good manners, independence and positive social behaviour. Where relevant, you may also support a bilingual approach.

A strong focus on wellbeing is key. You will be confident in monitoring the children’s health, maintaining high hygiene standards and responding calmly in any situation, including administering first aid if needed. Alongside this, you will prepare fresh, nutritious meals, manage daily routines and ensure the children are well cared for in every aspect of their day.

The role also involves keeping children’s spaces organised and tidy, managing their belongings and being proactive in maintaining a safe and structured environment. You may accompany the family on trips, helping ensure continuity of care and keeping the children engaged and settled while travelling.

You will work closely with the parents, building a trusted relationship and keeping them informed on progress, routines and any developments. Discretion is essential, and you will handle all aspects of the role with professionalism and respect for the family’s privacy.

We are looking for someone with a strong childcare background, whether in nannying, early years education or a related field. You will be kind, reliable and emotionally intuitive, with a proactive approach and flexibility when it comes to working hours and travel.

Additional requirements may include strong English and Chinese language skills, a full driving licence, and previous experience in private households.
