Nanny / Early Development Caregiver – UHNW Family – Abu Dhabi

A UHNW family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking two highly qualified, nurturing, and development-focused Nannies to join their established childcare team.

This is a dedicated childcare role within a fully staffed household. The successful candidates will be responsible solely for the care, wellbeing, and development of their assigned child.

This role is best suited to career nannies who are passionate about childcare and early development and who are looking to work within a professional, fully staffed private household where their sole focus is the children.
Backgrounds in early childhood education, Montessori, baby development, sports, music, or pediatric nursing are highly appreciated.

Children

•        Position 1: 17-month-old toddler

•        Position 2: 9-month-old baby

•        Comfortable working within a fully staffed UHNW household

•        Flexible and willing to travel when required

•        Well-presented with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

•        Provide exceptional daily care for the assigned child

•        Support routines, sleep schedules, feeding, and overall wellbeing

•        Create stimulating age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development

•        Encourage language, sensory, physical, social, and emotional development

•        Monitor developmental milestones and provide age-appropriate support

•        Maintain the child's nursery, clothing, toys, and personal belongings in an organized manner

•        Accompany the family when travelling if required

•        Work collaboratively with parents and the childcare team to ensure consistency of care

 Schedule

17-Month-Old Toddler Position

•        9 hours per day (inclusive of break)

9-Month-Old Baby Position

•        12 hours per day

 Days Off

•        One day off after every four working days

 Package

•        AED 15,000 – 18,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
