*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and communicating effectively with both children and parents. This role requires a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the development of children in our care.
*Duties*
* Manage daily activities and routines for children, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
* Provide high-quality childcare, focusing on the individual needs of each child.
* Facilitate early childhood education programmes that promote learning through play and exploration.
* Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's operations and overall quality of care.
* Collaborate with team members to create a supportive atmosphere for both staff and children.
* Maintain accurate records of children’s development and activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in childcare, particularly with young children.
* Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Leadership abilities to guide and inspire a team of practitioners.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
*Location* - Humpty Dumpty Nursery, Calne
*Hours* - 37.5 hours per week
*Salary* - £13.32 per hour - L3
