Nanny / Companion & Mentor for G10 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

This is not the typical nanny role. This is more “older sister energy” than nursery duties. They do need someone to start within a couple of weeks, so if you need to give notice, this one won't work sadly.

A great family we know well and work with consistently is looking for someone fun, switched-on and naturally engaging to support their 10-year-old daughter. Someone who can build a genuine bond, keep things structured, and also bring personality, humour and warmth into everyday life.

This is about connection, emotional development and life skills, not just care.

What this role looks like

You’ll be part mentor, part role model, and part organiser.
After-school routines and activities, with some academic support.
Encouraging confidence, independence and curiosity.
Planning outings, hobbies and keeping things interesting.
Travel with the family at times.

What they’re looking for

Experience with similar ages and, ideally, a formal nanny or teaching qualification.
Naturally warm, upbeat and engaging personality.
More “big sister” than traditional nanny.
Confident with this age – you know how to talk to them to keep them onside and what's trending just now.
Organised, proactive, emotionally intelligent.
Good level of education – able to support schoolwork when needed.
Happy working within a fully staffed household.
Able to start within a week or 2 max.
