Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 gross per annum

We are seeking an experienced and nurturing Maternity Nanny to join a fully staffed private household in Chelsea and provide support for a four month old baby. This is a live in position offering the opportunity to work within a professional household environment alongside other staff members.

The role will involve shared care with the parents and wider household team, therefore flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. The successful candidate will be confident supporting all aspects of infant care, development, feeding routines, sleep schedules, and age appropriate activities.

Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive and developmentally focused care for a four month old baby
• Supporting feeding, weaning preparation, sleep routines, and daily schedules
• Maintaining nursery organisation and ensuring the baby's areas remain tidy and well stocked
• Monitoring developmental milestones and encouraging age appropriate learning and play
• Working closely with parents and household staff to ensure continuity of care
• Accompanying the family on international travel as required
• Supporting the family's established routines while remaining adaptable to changing needs

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' professional experience
• Experience working within private UHNW households preferred
• Confident working in a fully staffed household and shared care environment
• Flexible, discreet, professional, and highly organised
• Willingness to travel internationally with the family
• Childcare, maternity nurse, nursing, or related qualification highly desirable
• Russian or Turkish language skills would be a bonus
