* 7:30am – 5:30pm
* 8:00am – 6:00pm
Nature’s Little Learners is looking for passionate *Nursery Practitioners* to join our warm, curiosity-inspired nursery in *Hornbeam Park, Harrogate*.
We welcome applications from *both Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners*, including newly qualified Level 3 practitioners who are eager to develop their practice.

The Role
As an *Early Years Practitioner*, you will support the learning, care and development of children aged *birth to five years*in line with the *EYFS framework*.
You will:
* Provide warm, nurturing care that supports children’s emotional wellbeing
* Build strong attachments as a *key person* and develop positive relationships with families
* Support children’s *communication, physical development, independence and PSED*
* Plan and deliver engaging *play-based learning experiences*
* Observe and assess children’s development and identify next steps
* Use the *Famly app* to record learning and share updates with parents
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and learning
Safeguarding & Professional Practice

RequirementsEssential
* *Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the DfE*
* Experience working with babies or young children
* Understanding of the *EYFS framework*
* A warm, patient and nurturing approach to working with children
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable
* Paediatric First Aid
* Experience using *Famly or a similar learning journal system*
* Previous *key person experience*

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
