*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Providing exceptional daily care to children aged 0–5, ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met with warmth and consistency
* Creating a calm, engaging and developmentally appropriate environment
* Supporting babies’ exploration, independence, and confidence through sensory-rich, outdoor and indoor activities
* Communicating closely with parents and carers, forming trusted partnerships from day one
* Working collaboratively with your team and showing initiative in daily practice
*What We’re Looking For*
* A Level 2 (or above) qualification in Early Years
* experience in a baby room or under-2s environment
* A calm, nurturing presence and a genuine love for working with little ones
* A strong team player who is dependable, reflective, and proactive
* A commitment to high standards of care and professional growth
For the right candidate, additional responsibilities and pay progression will be available over time, with full support from our management team.
