A high-profile football family based in Munich is seeking an experienced and polished Norland Nanny to join their fully staffed private household on a rota basis.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a career nanny who is confident working within a discreet, fast-paced and high-profile environment. The successful candidate will be warm, organised, proactive and capable of seamlessly supporting a busy family lifestyle involving international travel and demanding schedules.

Position Details

Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off

Salary: £75,000 gross per annum

Children: 4

Accommodation: Private bedroom provided during rota

Travel: Frequent international travel

Start Date: Flexible

Responsibilities

• Sole-charge and shared-care childcare
• Managing school runs, routines and extracurricular schedules
• Creating stimulating and age-appropriate activities
• Supporting educational development and manners/social etiquette
• Packing and travelling with the family
• Maintaining children’s bedrooms, wardrobes and play areas
• Liaising closely with parents, tutors and household staff
• Ensuring children’s wellbeing, safety and emotional care at all times

Candidate Profile

• Norland qualification essential
• Previous experience with UHNW or high-profile families preferred
• Calm, discreet and emotionally intelligent
• Flexible with travel and changing schedules
• Strong team player within a staffed household
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Driver preferred
• EU passport highly desirable for ease of travel and European working arrangements
