Schedule: 2–3 weeks on / 2–3 weeks off

Salary: Up to £350 gross per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Start Date: ASAP / Flexible for the right candidate

This position involves the complete care, emotional support, and developmental guidance of a bright and active 4-year-old boy within a fully staffed private household. The family is looking for a positive, educated, and proactive nanny who can foster curiosity, independence, emotional wellbeing, and healthy daily routines.

The role suits a candidate who genuinely enjoys early childhood development, creative learning, physical activity, and building meaningful long-term relationships with children and families.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care for a 4-year-old boy

  • Support holistic child development through age-appropriate educational activities

  • Plan engaging Montessori-inspired learning and creative play sessions

  • Encourage emotional intelligence, independence, and positive behaviour

  • Maintain healthy routines including meals, sleep, hygiene, and active play

  • Organise stimulating indoor and outdoor activities

  • Coordinate with the family office and development director

  • Travel or adapt to family schedules when required

  • Carry out light child-related housekeeping duties including:

    • organising toys and clothing

    • preparing simple meals/snacks

    • maintaining tidy child spaces


Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Fluent Russian and English speaker

  • Currently residing in the UK with valid work authorisation

  • Proven experience working with children aged 2–5

  • Relevant qualifications in:

    • Early Childhood Education

    • Montessori (ages 3–6)

    • Pedagogy

    • Child Psychology or similar fields

  • Must have own children

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Warm, cheerful, calm, and emotionally intelligent personality

  • Neat presentation and highly organised approach

  • Interest in sports, wellness, yoga, and healthy living

Highly Desirable

  • Experience working in HNWI or VIP households

  • Familiarity with holistic or alternative child development philosophies

  • Teaching background or structured educational experience

  • Long-term private household experience


Accommodation

This is a live-in role during working rotations.
The nanny will sleep in the same room as the child while on duty.
