Nanny Housekeeper Job in Spain | Childcare & Household Support Role | Live-Out Position

A private family in Spain is seeking an experienced and caring Nanny Housekeeper to support the care and daily routine of a young boy while assisting with light household duties. This is a flexible part-time opportunity for a professional candidate based in Alicante, Estepona, Marbella, or nearby areas who is seeking a long-term role within a private household environment.

The ideal candidate will be warm, organised, reliable, and experienced in both childcare and housekeeping, with a proactive and child-focused approach. The role combines hands-on childcare with maintaining a clean and well-organised home environment.

This position is ideally suited to candidates with previous nanny, nanny-housekeeper, childcare, or private household experience who hold valid European work and travel documentation.

Position Details

Location: Alicante / Estepona, Spain
Position Type: Part-Time | Live-Out
Schedule: 3–4 days per week | 5–7 hours per day
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Accommodation: Live-out role (potential accommodation available from February 2027)

Key Responsibilities

Childcare Duties

• Provide attentive care for a young boy in a safe and nurturing environment

• Organise engaging age-appropriate activities and play

• Assist with feeding, dressing, and daily routines

• Support the child’s development through interactive and educational play

• Maintain a caring, patient, and positive approach at all times

Household Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the apartment and terraces (approximately 70–100 sq.m.)

• Laundry and basic ironing

• General household tidying and upkeep

• Ensure the home remains clean, organised, and child-friendly

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in private households, nurseries, or childcare settings

• Experience in housekeeping or nanny-housekeeper roles preferred

• Valid visa, residency permit, or legal documents permitting work and travel within Europe/internationally

• Responsible, organised, tidy, and trustworthy

• Caring and attentive approach toward children

• Flexible and proactive attitude

• Candidates currently based in Spain preferred, particularly Alicante, Marbella, Estepona, or surrounding areas

Languages Required

• Russian or English
