Daily Schedule Overview

School Days

• Morning preparation and school transportation from approximately 7:15–7:30 AM
• Afternoon extracurricular supervision from approximately 3:30 PM
• Evening routine including dinner and bedtime support until approximately 7:30 PM

Weekend Schedule

• One weekday off
• One weekend day with the child, maximum 8 working hours

Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Personal Development

• Organize and manage the child’s daily routine
• Support emotional, social, and behavioral development
• Teach manners, etiquette, independence, and positive habits
• Accompany the child to walks, activities, entertainment venues, and educational centers

Educational Support

• Assist with homework from both English and Russian school programs
• Monitor school platforms, communications, announcements, and schedules
• Maintain professional communication with teachers and school staff
• Encourage academic motivation and structured learning habits

Administrative & Organizational Duties

• Coordinate extracurricular activities, sports lessons, appointments, and events
• Handle child-related personal assistant duties and scheduling
• Ensure efficient planning and time management for all child-focused activities

Health & Safety

• Ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing at all times
• Supervise hygiene and healthy routines
• Provide attentive care during illness following medical guidance

Driving Responsibilities

• Daily transportation to school and extracurricular activities using the family vehicle
• Maintain safe and responsible driving standards

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Degree in Pedagogy, Education, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private households, schools, or educational institutions
• Fluent English speaker
• Valid driver’s licence with strong driving experience
• Willingness to travel and work within a family-oriented environment
