The ideal candidate will combine strong academic support skills with the ability to engage a bright and tech-orientated teenager through meaningful educational and recreational activities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and structured homework support
• Assist with school assignments and educational development
• Create detailed lesson plans 15–20 hours in advance for parental review and approval
• Monitor educational progress and provide regular feedback to parents
• Encourage motivation, discipline, and independent learning habits
• Engage the child through technology-related interests, including drones, programming, IT, and STEM activities
• Organize educational, creative, and age-appropriate leisure activities
• Accompany the child to extracurricular activities and appointments
• Travel with the family when required
• Build a positive, respectful, and motivating relationship with the child

Candidate Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Governor, Governess, Tutor, Teacher, Mentor, or Educator
• Fluent English speaker
• Experience working with school-age children or teenagers
• Responsible, proactive, organized, and adaptable personality
• Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire a teenager
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly Preferred

• Knowledge of programming, coding, robotics, IT, drones, gaming technology, or STEM subjects
• Background in international education or private households
• Experience creating structured educational plans
