Full-Time, Permanent | 4 Days Per Week | 8am–6pm | One Day Off Every Week
*Salary: £26,000 – £27,500 per year (reviewed annually)*
*Flexible working: 4 or 5 days per week available*

*THE ROLE*
We’re looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development, ensuring every child feels safe, happy and inspired each day.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Creating a fun, safe and engaging environment for children aged 6 months to 4 years
* Working closely with our Curriculum Co-ordinator to deliver the curriculum within the setting
* Planning and delivering activities in line with the EYFS and CCL
* Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress and next steps
* Supporting each child’s individual development with inclusion at the heart
* Building strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
* Contributing ideas and creativity to enhance our curriculum and environment
* Supporting daily routines including play, meals and rest times
* Working collaboratively as part of a supportive, forward-thinking team
*What We’re Looking For*
* Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
* Experience working with babies or young children
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive, positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn
* Someone who wants to make a real impact and bring fresh ideas
* Commitment to safeguarding and children’s welfare
* Right to work in the United Kingdom
