*Qualified Early Years Practitioner – Brighteyes in the Clays *

*Hours:* Full-time 30–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

*Contract:* [Permanent]

Are you passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development in a warm, nurturing environment?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at Brighteyes in the Clays.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that support each child’s individual learning journey.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team.
* Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and key person responsibilities.
* Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.

*Requirements*

* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
* Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,870.56 per year
