Qualified childcare pratitioner

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Childcare practitioners to join our team at a vibrant nursery in the heart of the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and a nurturing approach to childcare.

Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development for children
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children to provide regular updates on children's progress
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children to thrive
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations and educational programmes

Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or above)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong organisational skills to effectively manage daily nursery activities
