The Role
You will provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally focused care, ensuring the child’s wellbeing, safety, and happiness at all times. The role involves creating a stimulating and enriching daily routine, incorporating age-appropriate activities, outings, and classes within the local area.
Working collaboratively with the parent during the initial phase, you will take a sensitive and intuitive approach, gradually building a strong bond and supporting the child’s emotional security and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, attentive care in a calm and nurturing manner
Foster a secure, trusting relationship through a gentle, patient approach
Support early developmental milestones through engaging, purposeful play
Plan and accompany outings, walks, and local classes
Prepare and manage feeding in line with parental preferences
Maintain a structured yet flexible routine tailored to the child’s needs

Candidate Profile
Highly experienced nanny with a strong background in infant care, ideally within private households
Relevant childcare qualifications (Early Years or equivalent)
Naturally warm, calm, and emotionally intelligent, with a nurturing presence
Confident in gentle, attachment-led childcare approaches
Professional, discreet, and accustomed to working within high-end family environments
Flexible, proactive, and able to evolve with the needs of the family
Excellent, checkable references
Up-to-date DBS and paediatric first aid (or willingness to obtain)
