Locations: Singapore, India and UK
Schedule: 1 month on/1 month off

Children: B is 2.5 years old and G is 4 months old

A highly organised and respectful family is seeking a qualified nanny (Norland, Montessori or equivalent calibre) to join their fully staffed household on a long-term rota basis.

The role is based across India, Singapore, and the UK, working in close partnership with another experienced nanny and hands-on parents. This is a structured environment where consistency, precision, and high standards of care are paramount.

The successful candidate will be confident managing two young children, a boy aged 2.5 years and a girl aged 6 months, while maintaining calm, organised and developmentally appropriate routines.

Responsibilities

✓ Full nursery duties to an exceptional standard
✓ Establishing and maintaining structured routines (sleep, feeding, transitions)
✓ Planning and implementing thoughtful, age-appropriate activities
✓ Supporting both children’s development in line with their individual stages
✓ Managing both children confidently as needs evolve
✓ Nursery/school drop-offs and coordination of activities
✓ Organising playdates and supporting social development
✓ Preparing nutritious meals for the children
✓ Wardrobe management and organisation
✓ Administering medication and liaising with medical professionals when required
✓ Working collaboratively within a fully staffed household
✓ Ensuring smooth handovers within the rota system
✓ Travelling with the family and maintaining consistency across locations

Ideal Candidate Profile

✓ Norland, Montessori trained or equivalent calibre (essential)
✓ English Native speaker (essential)
✓ Minimum 6 years’ experience in private households
✓ Previous rota experience (essential)
✓ Proven experience caring for multiple young children
✓ Highly organised, methodical and structured
✓ Calm, discreet and emotionally intelligent
✓ Confident establishing and maintaining routines
✓ Strong team player, able to work closely with parents and staff
✓ Active, enjoys outdoor play and movement
✓ Strong swimmer

Essential Requirements

✓ Norland/Montessori/Early Years  qualification or equivalent high-level training
✓ Enhanced DBS (current)
✓ Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid
✓ Strong, checkable references
✓ Valid passport and flexibility for international travel
