Russian & English-Speaking Nanny (Rota 2–3 Weeks) – VIP Family | £350/Day | London, UK (Live-In)

A high-profile family based in London, United Kingdom, is seeking a professional, bilingual (Russian & English) Nanny to provide high-quality care and early years development for their 4-year-old son.

This is a rota position (2–3 weeks on / 2–3 weeks off), ideal for an experienced nanny or governess accustomed to working in structured, fully supported household environments.

The role focuses on holistic child development, structured learning, and emotional wellbeing, combining educational activities with an active and engaging daily routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full childcare and supervision for a 4-year-old boy
• Plan and deliver educational, creative, and play-based activities (including Montessori approach)
• Support early years development and school readiness
• Maintain structured daily routines (meals, rest, activities)
• Encourage physical activity, outdoor play, and healthy habits
• Promote emotional development and positive behaviour
• Communicate effectively with the family office and Director of Development
• Maintain cleanliness of the child’s environment (toys, clothes, meals)

Candidate Requirements

• Based in the United Kingdom with the right to work
• Fluent Russian (C2) and English (C2)
• Relevant qualifications in childcare, pedagogy, early years education, or Montessori (ages 3–6)
• Proven experience with children aged 2–5 years
• Background working in private households or HNW families preferred
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Energetic, proactive, and organised
• Professional presentation and attention to detail

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Montessori or alternative/holistic education approaches
• Interest in sports, yoga, or active lifestyles
• Experience as a teacher or governess

Accommodation & Working Style

• Live-in role during working weeks
• Shared room with the child when on duty
• Structured rota: 2–3 weeks on / 2–3 weeks off
• Working within a professional and well-organised household environment
