*The Role*
We are looking for a passionate and experienced *Level 3 Early Years Practitioners* to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in delivering high standards of care and learning, supporting children’s individual needs, and helping to create a safe and inspiring environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observe and record children’s progress to support their development.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times.
* Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
* Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures diligently.
*About You*
* Hold a *full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years* (or equivalent).
* Have experience working in an early years setting.
* Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Be reliable, caring, and enthusiastic.
* Have a sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo comprehensive suitability checks, including:
