Flexible, child-orientated part-time Housekeeper is sought for a young family based in Pimlico, London, with two boys aged 3 and 5 years. The role is primarily focused on housekeeping duties including cleaning, tidying, laundry and ironing, alongside occasional support with childcare such as school drop-offs and pick-ups, supervising the children, preparing simple meals for them and assisting with bath time when required.
 
The working hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 7.15am - 8.45/9am and 3.30pm - 6pm, so a candidate with flexibility is essential. The family would particularly value someone cheerful, organised and proactive, with strong ironing skills and prior experience working with young children; a Spanish speaker would be a bonus but is not essential.
 
Previous experience in a similar role and verifiable references are required.
 
A salary in the region of £20–£22 gross per hour is offered, depending on experience.
The position is available to start as soon as the right candidate is found.
