Schedule: 24/7, up to 1 month on / 1 month off (to be confirmed once the team is in place)

Job Overview:
A highly organised and respectful family are seeking a Norland Nanny, or a nanny of equivalent calibre, to join a structured rota caring for two young children, a boy aged 2.5 years and a girl aged 6 months. This is a long-term shared care role within a fully staffed household, working closely with another experienced nanny and hands-on parents. The role is best suited to a professional who thrives in consistency, precision and high standards of care, and who can provide calm, confident support across the family’s homes in India, Singapore and the UK.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out full nursery duties to an exceptional standard.
  • Establish and maintain consistent routines for sleep, feeding and daily transitions.
  • Plan and deliver thoughtful, age-appropriate activities for both children.
  • Manage both children confidently as their needs develop and change.
  • Coordinate school or nursery drop-offs and children’s activities.
  • Organise playdates and opportunities for social development.
  • Prepare nutritious meals for the children.
  • Oversee wardrobe management and maintain excellent organisation of the children’s belongings.
  • Administer medication and liaise with medical professionals when required.
  • Travel with the family and ensure continuity of care across locations.
Ideal Nanny:
  • Norland trained or of equivalent calibre.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years’ relevant childcare experience.
  • Have previous rota experience.
  • Have proven experience caring for multiple children.
  • Be highly organised, calm and methodical.
  • Be confident in establishing and maintaining structured routines.
  • Be discreet and experienced within staffed private households.
  • Be a strong swimmer and enjoy outdoor activities.
  • Be flexible, team-oriented and reliable.
