Live-in: until the baby turns 1, the nanny sleeps in the baby’s room to support night-time settling and security. After age 1, the nanny sleeps in a private nanny/guest room during on-shift weeks.
Start: April 2026
Rate:€7,0000 per annum (15 payments per year under full Austrian contract) €382.50 per shift worked
Days: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ professional nanny experience
• Strong infant experience
• Knowledge of early childhood development
• Familiarity with Montessori principles
• Previous rota or live-in experience preferred
• EU work eligibility
• Fluent English
• Confident swimmer
• Automatic driver
• Comfortable working in fully staffed homes
• Travel with the family 8–10 weeks per year internationally
• Discreet and professional

A respectful international family based in Vienna are seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to join their household caring primarily for their baby boy born August 2025, with occasional care for his 3-year-old half-brother who visits from Berlin approximately every six weeks. This is a long-term rota position, working 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off alongside another professional rota nanny already employed by the family. The role will suit a developmentally focused career nanny who enjoys supporting infants through their early stages while working as part of a fully staffed household. The family are based in the centre of Vienna, a city known for its exceptional quality of life, beautiful architecture and extensive green spaces. They enjoy an active lifestyle and travel regularly throughout Europe and internationally. The baby is a happy, curious and active little boy who enjoys floor play, swimming and socialising at a weekly playgroup. His older half-brother, aged 3, visits every few weeks and is described as a friendly and curious child who quickly warms to new people.
