Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

We’re looking for a passionate and confident *Level 3 Nursery Practitioner* to join a warm, supportive early years team. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves early years, understands the EYFS, and wants to make a positive impact every day.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
* Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
* Complete observations, assessments and next steps
* Work collaboratively with your room team to deliver high‑quality practice
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies at all times
* Contribute ideas to improve practice, routines and the learning environment

*What We’re Looking For*

* *Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)*
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
* Warm, caring and proactive approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
