LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER NANNY FOR LONDON FAMILY

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a warm, proactive, and highly capable Live-In Housekeeper Nanny to support a lovely family living in a beautiful two-floor penthouse in London. The home comprises four double bedrooms and requires a confident all-rounder who genuinely loves children and takes pride in maintaining a calm, well-run household alongside a full-time Nanny. The role will involve caring for two young children, aged 1 and 2.5 years old, alongside full housekeeping responsibilities. The successful candidate will be someone who naturally anticipates the mother’s needs, takes initiative without being asked, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to each day.

Mornings will include getting the children up, preparing and serving breakfast, and supporting the family’s early routine. Throughout the day, while the children rest or attend nursery, you will oversee the cleaning of the home, laundry, ironing, and general upkeep to ensure the penthouse remains immaculate and organised. The family is seeking someone with strong cooking skills who can confidently prepare delicious, healthy meals for the household and assist with dinner parties when required. This role would suit a nurturing, organised, and discreet professional who thrives in a family-oriented environment and enjoys becoming an integral part of the household.

The working schedule is Monday to Friday and is structured around morning and evening hours, with generous breaks during the day. The family travels frequently, so flexibility is essential. A British or EU passport is preferred to accommodate travel requirements, and a driving licence would be highly beneficial.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Getting the children up, dressed, and ready for the day
• Preparing breakfast and children’s meals
• Providing attentive, loving care to a 1-year-old and a 2.5-year-old
• Supporting parents with routines and daily structure
• Full housekeeping duties, including cleaning, tidying, and maintaining high standards throughout the penthouse
• Laundry and ironing to an excellent standard
• Wardrobe organisation and general household organization
• Preparing nutritious family meals
• Assisting with hosting and dinner parties when required
• Supporting travel preparation and packing/unpacking
• Taking initiative and pre-empting the needs of the mother and household

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Proven experience in a combined Housekeeper Nanny role within a private household
• Genuine love of working with young children
• Warm, positive, and proactive personality with a can-do attitude
• Excellent cooking skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to take initiative and work independently
• Flexible and happy to travel when required
• Driving licence is highly beneficial
• Right to live and work in the UK
