Job Title: Governess
Location: Dubai – The Palm
Salary: AED 30,000 per month net (DOE)
Contract: 2 years
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 6 days per week (day off during the week) - 11–12 hour days, covering the children from wake-up to bedtime
Family Details:
3 children: 5-year-old boy, 3-year-old girl, 7-month-old girl
Primary focus on the 5-year-old boy
Fully staffed household including a team of Nannies and a Senior Nanny to support you

Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional, experienced, and adaptable Governess to join a demanding but rewarding family. The ideal candidate will be confident, thick-skinned, and happy to assist wherever needed while respecting the family’s routines and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-time care and education support for the children, focusing primarily on the 5-year-old boy
Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
Prepare children for school and manage all school-related logistics including appointments, extracurricular activities, and liaising with the school
Coordinate playdates and activities
Travel with the family as required, handling packing/unpacking for the children
Collaborate with the Nannies, Senior Nanny, mother, and household team to ensure seamless daily routines
Coordinate meals with the Chef when required
Maintain flexibility and adaptability in line with the family’s expectations
Requirements:
Female only due to cultural reasons
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with evidence of longevity in previous positions
Experience travelling with a family
Multilingual skills preferred: Mandarin, Arabic, and English
Highly organised, professional, and reliable
Flexible, with a proactive approach to supporting the family
Package:
Salary: AED 30,000 per month net (DOE)
Live-in accommodation: shared apartment with PA/House Manager (other staff in another shared house)

Food provided
30 days annual leave
All travel expenses covered when accompanying the family
