Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Nanny for a VIP family expecting a baby in May–June. This is a senior role with responsibility not only for the child’s care but also for overseeing the maternity nurse, additional nurses, and baby carers.
The ideal candidate will be highly experienced, confident in leadership, and capable of managing a professional childcare team while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Full physical care of the child
Acting as the main point of contact between parents and childcare staff
Supervising and coordinating the Maternity Nurse, nurses, and baby carers
Ensuring consistent routines, standards, and best practices
Caring for the child when unwell, including medication administration and medical visits with parental consent
Preparing for and travelling with the family
Overseeing all baby-related equipment and ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance
Ensuring the accommodation provided for childcare staff is clean and well organised
Accommodation & Support
Private bedroom and bathroom
Shared bedroom with the baby when required
Full operational, household, and security support
All travel, accommodation, and food expenses fully covered
Candidate Requirements
Extensive experience as a professional Nanny within private or VIP households
Proven supervisory or leadership experience
Relevant childcare certifications
Excellent attitude, behaviour, and discretion
Strong organisational and communication skills
Willingness to travel with the family
European background preferred by the family
