Salary: £450 per day
A private, fully staffed household based in Mumbai is seeking a highly qualified Travel Nanny / Governess to support the education and care of a bright five-year-old during international travel to various locations in Europe. 

This is a short-term, high-level assignment suited to an experienced professional with a strong academic background and proven experience working with the British curriculum, including White Rose Maths.

This role requires confidence, adaptability, and the ability to work smoothly within a high-profile, fully staffed household.

Role Responsibilities

Ensure educational continuity during international travel
Plan and deliver stimulating, hands-on learning experiences both indoors and outdoors
Encourage physical activity, sport, and outdoor play as part of a balanced routine
Provide attentive, nurturing care while maintaining clear boundaries and structure
Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and staff
Accompany the family during travel and manage daily routines on the go
Confident in swimming and physical activities such as hiking
May need to support little sister when needed, although not the main charge, the governess/nanny will occasionally need to also care for her 
All childcare-related duties: eg, bathing, feeding, night-time routine, etc

Candidate Requirements
Highly experienced Nanny / Governess with formal teaching background
Proven experience delivering the British school curriculum (essential)
Strong working knowledge of White Rose Maths
Native-level English speaker
Degree in Education or a related field (required)
Experience working with UHNW or high-profile families in fully staffed households
Proactive, energetic, and confident communicator
Sporty and outdoorsy; candidates who actively practice a sport are highly encouraged
Strong swimmer (essential)
Enhanced DBS (required)
Paediatric First Aid certification (required)
Calm, professional, and adaptable under pressure
Updated and Valid Passport

This is a travel-intensive, short-term role requiring a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and educational expertise. **Only highly qualified Governesses with direct experience of the British curriculum will be considered.**
