Nursery Practitioner Level 3

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery practitioner to join our 'outstanding' team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the younger children's room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will be part of a small team of childcare professionals, promoting a love of learning. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in early childhood education.

*Duties*

* Support the daily activities within the nursery room, ensuring adherence to safety and educational standards.
* Take part in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and social development.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
* Work as part of a team, including providing guidance and support to enhance colleague's skills.
* Maintain a clean and organised environment that is conducive to learning and play.
* Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
* Ability to work as part of a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A genuine passion for working with children and understanding their developmental needs.
* Knowledge of nursery practices and early childhood education principles.
* Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences.
* A relevant qualification in early childhood education or equivalent is mandatory.
