A warm and professional native French-speaking Rota Nanny is sought to care for a 4-year-old girl within a formal, fully staffed, private household.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing, highly experienced nanny who genuinely enjoys engaging with young children and supporting their development through attentive care, creative play, and structured routines.

The successful candidate will join a professional household environment and work on a two-week rotation schedule, ensuring consistent and attentive care for the child while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive, nurturing care for a 4-year-old child

• Creating a warm, stimulating, and safe environment that supports the child’s development

• Organising engaging age-appropriate activities and play

• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child

• Supporting daily routines including dressing, mealtimes, and bedtime preparation

• Accompanying the child to clubs, activities, and outings

• Maintaining the child’s bedroom, play areas, and belongings in a clean and organised condition

• Managing the child’s wardrobe, toys, and personal items

• Collaborating respectfully with parents and household staff to ensure smooth daily routines

Ideal Candidate:

• Native French speaker (essential)

• Extensive experience working as a professional nanny within private or UHNW households

• Warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about childcare

• Highly organised and able to maintain structure and routines

• Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy in a private household environment

• Energetic and engaging, with a proactive approach to planning activities

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check (or equivalent background check)

• Excellent contactable recent references from previous employers

• Proven track record working with young children in private households

• Preferably already living in or near Monaco. Candidates that are further could be considered depending on how they commute for their shift.

• Ability to work live-in on a rota basis (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
