Nanny
A warm and welcoming private family in Istanbul is seeking a kind, professional, and experienced Live-in nanny to support a hands-on mother caring for her 15-month-old baby girl.
This is not a sole-charge position; the nanny will work closely with the mother in a respectful, fully involved caregiving environment.
The ideal candidate is a career nanny with a calm, nurturing presence and a collaborative mindset. The family values adaptability, clear communication, and a strong understanding of infant care and development. This is a fully staffed household; the nanny’s focus will be solely on the baby and support for the mother.
Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (with occasional flexibility), 8 - 10 hours/day, depending on mother’s needs
Responsibilities:
• Assist the mother with all aspects of baby care
• Provide stimulating, age-appropriate activities and play
• Maintain cleanliness of nursery and baby’s items
• Accompany the mother on outings or appointments as needed
• Light mealtimes clean-up (especially on weekends)

Requirements:
• 5+ years professional childcare experience
• Fluent Level of English
• Paediatric First Aid & Infant CPR (valid certification)
• Being able to travel to USA, UK, Europe

Package:
• Salary: €6.5k net per month and sign on bonus of €6,500 (paid after 2 weeks' successful trial)
• Accommodation: Private en-suite room on a separate floor
• 3 weeks' paid leave

Start Date: ASAP
Unless otherwise specified, a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience working with infants and supporting hands-on parents is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
