  • Plan and deliver engaging, fun, age- and stage-appropriate activities that support learning and development.
  • Support school and learning routines in a positive and proactive way.
  • Manage children’s packing and travel preparation.
  • Keep the children’s bedrooms and playrooms tidy, organised and well maintained (including the children’s wardrobes).
  • Complete the children’s laundry.
  • Prepare some cooking for the children.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and other household staff in a fully staffed home.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and household staff at all times.

  • Previous experience working in a fully staffed household.
  • Warm, bubbly, professional, confident, with a proactive approach to supporting a busy family.
  • Highly organised team player with a muck-in attitude and strong common sense.
  • Proven background in supporting learning through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Experience with managing children’s routines, packing, wardrobe organisation, and travel logistics is essential.
  • Happy and willing to travel regularly with the family.
  • Excellent communication with parents and staff is essential.
  • Driver preferred.
Perks of the Role:
  • Long-term rota position with flexibility on rota pattern (2 weeks on/off or 3 weeks on/off).
  • Travel to the UK, the US and other holiday locations, with flights to and from the UK for rota cover met by the family.
  • Accommodation is always provided during working shifts, with a private bedroom and bathroom.
  • All working visas will be organised by the family.
  • Opportunity to work in a fully staffed, professional household.
  • The family have one dog.
