Full time permanent Nanny sought for lovely family in Poole. BH14. 

Sunrise Nanny Agency are working with a lovely returning client. Family requires full time support for three children aged 9, 7 & 3 years old. 

You will provide sole charge care, offering a fun engaging day with the 3 year old balancing the day with play in the home and activities in the local area. For the eldest children care required before and after school including school drop offs / collections helping with homework and completing nursery duties. During the School Holidays nanny to care for all three children all day providing a fun age appropriate day. From September care is before and after school and full time in the school holidays due to youngest starting school. 

Nanny Required to start from April 2026. Hours are:

April – July: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7am until 9am and 4pm until 8pm. Tuesdays and Fridays 7:30am until 5:30pm. Core hours are 38 hours per a week.

July – August: During the school Holidays hours are 4 or 5 days a week. 8am until 6pm. Core 40 – 50 hours per a week.

September onwards:Term Time Monday until Friday mornings 7-9 & afternoons 4-8pm. School holidays will be 10 hours a day 8am-6pm. Salary can be annualised. Meaning nanny’s core 30 hours in the term time and 50 hours in the holidays is calculated for the whole year and the same salary is paid all year round. 

Sunrise Nanny Agency has previously worked with the family and successfully placed permanent Nannies. Mum works from home with some travel and dad extensive travels. 

Family are happy to offer extra hours over the weekends on a regular or ad hoc basis if nanny wants more hours, Family also offers travel with the family to South America if nanny wishes. 

The right nanny will hold a minimum of 5 years previous professional childcare experience with checkable references. Previous Nanny Experienced preferred but not essential if you hold the right experience. You will be a car driver who is confident driving on country roads. You will be able to provide long term commitment, becoming part of the family.
