Full-Time Nanny (4 Days)

Salary: £45,000–£47,000 gross per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent, live-out

Overview

A warm, organised family in Holland Park are seeking an experienced, proactive full-time nanny to care for their three girls (twins aged nearly 6 and 4). The family require part time during term time and then more hours in the school holidays. As they travel there will be weeks when they are away and then the hours would be made up when the Nanny joins them on vacation. All travel dates are arranged very far in advance and can be discussed. This is a sole and shared-care role with mum and an existing housekeeper working 2 days per week. The family are looking for someone confident managing busy afternoons, supporting routines, and creating a calm, structured environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 12:00pm – 7:30pm
• One evening babysitting per week
• Longer days during school holidays (by agreement)
• Annualised salary
• Family are away for part of school holidays

Children

• Three girls: twins aged nearly 6 and 4
• Youngest currently at nursery (6-minute walk) with two early finishes per week of 12.30pm and two days she finishes at 3pm.
• Youngest joins school in September
• Mum assists with some pick-ups

Duties & Responsibilities

• School and nursery pick-ups
• Managing afternoon routine (3:00–7:30pm):
  • After-school clubs and activities
  • Homework support
  • Supper and bath time
• Preparing healthy meals and batch cooking for the children
• Grocery runs for children’s food
• Children’s laundry
• Organising uniforms, bags, and schedules
• Keeping children’s areas tidy and well organised
• Supporting good manners, routines, and independence

Travel

• Opportunity to travel with the family (desirable):
  • Typically 1–2 weeks at a time
  • Destinations include Sweden (summer), Switzerland (winter), and the USA
• Ideally available for one week of travel per year (more is a bonus)
