Salary: £24 gross per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Live-Out
Driver: Essential (Car provided)
Children: Three Boys age 5,4 and 3 years old.
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 3-7.30 pm (5pm early finish on a Friday if desired)
About the Family
This is a term time role with 4 weeks additional work throughout the school holidays by arrangement.
My client are a busy, friendly family living in Oxshott with three energetic boys aged 5, 4, and 3, and two small, very friendly French Bulldogs. We are looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive nanny to join their household from Feb /March 2026. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys a being proactive, loves being around young children, and can create a calm, structured, and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Collect children from school and nursery
Take the boys to after-school clubs and activities (driver essential; car provided)Plan and engage the children in fun, age-appropriate activities
Prepare healthy, balanced dinners for the children
Support evening routines — bath, homework, and preparation for the next day
Maintain a tidy and organised play area, kitchen, and children’s belongings
Communicate effectively with parents about the children’s routines and progress
Provide loving, consistent care while encouraging good manners and independence.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ professional childcare experience as a Nanny.
Excellent references from previous families
Confident, safe driver (automatic car provided)
Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Enhanced DBS check (current or willing to complete)
Fluent English
Organised, calm under pressure, and capable of managing busy routines
Animal lover and comfortable with small dogs
