Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Based in Swinton, Kidzrus are looking to recruit a passionate Qualified Practitioner to join our growing team!

Kidzrus The Lodge is a modern and open plan environment, that focuses on staff and children's well-being, with a community of play-based learning and providing children with real life experiences.

We have the following contracts available:

* 35 hours per week (4 days)
* 41.25 hours per week (5 days)

We offer a competitive pay scheme, above minimum wage brackets for qualifications held. Pay is dependant on age brackets in line with NMW/Experience.

*Job requirements*

* Level 3 Childcare qualification £12.80ph
* Passion for childcare, and child development
* Practitioners who will role model the ethos of the nursery
* Ability to be flexible within your job role
* Experience being a key worker
* Building relationships with parents and children
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Open to feedback on practice to provide the best for the children
