Family Overview:

A warm and creative family based in Dublin are looking for a full-time nanny to join them. They have a 4-year-old son and are expecting a baby in July 2026. The parents are very present in their children’s lives. They value energy, humor, and creativity, and are seeking someone proactive and inventive to support their family.

Role and Responsibilities:

    Care for the 4-year-old son, supporting his daily routine and afterschool activities (music school, gardening, nature activities, and weekend/holiday programs). Help with the baby.

    Assist with the child’s daily schedule while the parents are actively involved and present.

    Engage the child in educational and recreational activities, fostering curiosity and creativity.

    Travel internationally with the family as required; hotel accommodation provided during trips.

Requirements:

    UK/EU passport holder, English-speaking.

    Experience with young children; newborn experience preferred.

    Energetic, humorous, flexible, and proactive.

    Knowledge of self-defense or martial arts is a bonus.

    Musical instrument skills are a bonus.

    Interested in a long-term role (more than 1 year).

    An additional language such as French, Spanish, Chinese or Russian would be a bonus.

    A driver is essential.

    Child is curious, enjoys gardening and exploring.

Employment Details:

    Start date: March 2026

    Salary: €65,000 gross per year

    Accommodation: Family will pay for a rental apartment near their Dublin home

    Working days: 5 days per week, with one weekday and one weekend day off
