A warm, energetic and proactive live-out nanny is required for a lovely family based in Palm Beach, Florida. This is a long-term position for an experienced and creative nanny who is looking to grow with a family over time. The role is currently focused on the family’s bright and active 2.5-year-old son. He attends nursery school for three hours each morning and enjoys a regular afternoon nap. He is a clever and cheeky little boy who loves trucks, building with Magna Tiles, music and puzzles. The family follows a strict no screen-time approach and is seeking a nanny who can engage him in a highly creative, stimulating and educational way, planning imaginative activities that support his development and curiosity. A new baby is due in June next year. A maternity nurse will be employed for the first six to seven months following the birth, during which time the nanny’s primary responsibility will remain with the little boy. Once the maternity nurse finishes, the nanny will take on care of both children. Hours and salary will increase at this stage to reflect the expanded role.
