8843: Live-in/out Professional House Manager in Paris, France

We are seeking an experienced and professional House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence in Paris. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, discreet, and capable of managing staff, schedules, and all aspects of household management to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all household staff
• Ensure the residence is always clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and inventories
• Coordinate events, dinner parties, and guest stays
• Ensure security, privacy, and discretion at all times
• Report directly to the principals or their representatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a private household
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Knowledge of Paris and local service providers is an advantage
