✨Dream Nanny Opportunity – Monaco & Europe✨

Role: Live-out travelling Nanny
C6 months at the start ( smooth hand over from the maternity nurses )

Location: Primary base in Monaco | Travel required: winter residence outside Europe, summer residence elsewhere in Europe, plus European holidays
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (flexible as required)
Salary: Competitive, adjusted if accommodation is provided or self-arranged

Accommodation: Provided by the family for live-out , or candidate arranges own for live-out role
We are seeking a mature, experienced, and professional nanny to join a young family with their first baby. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care in a supportive, hands-on environment. The mother is very hands-on, and the family is extremely respectful of their staff. The family travels extensively and may have future travel plans, so the successful candidate should love to travel.

Responsibilities:
Full-time care for the family’s first child, including extensive newborn experience
Support daily routines, developmental activities, and overall well-being
Shared care alongside hands-on parents, particularly the mother
Consult with parents professionally on childcare routines and decisions
Follow family instructions accurately and discreetly
Travel with the family to all residences and holidays
Assist with minor household duties related to childcare (basic kitchen help if required; basic cooking if the chef is off, very rare)
Comfortable with small dogs (poodles)
Provide discreet, professional service; uphold the highest standards of confidentiality

Requirements:
Extensive experience working with UHNW familiesHighly experienced with infants and child developmentUnflappable, professional, and discreet at all times
Experienced in consulting parents on childcare routines and decisions
Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and travel requirements
Comfortable with pets
Enjoys travel and can adapt to a travel-focused lifestyle
Mature disposition with excellent references
EU passport or UK + EU passport
Native- English speaker or fluent with perfect pronunciation and a clear accent
Able to work in a dynamic, travel-focused environment
