Job Description:
 
The role requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual who can provide both high-level housekeeping and family support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, polished, and capable of maintaining the highest standards of care and organisation while assisting with the children’s morning and weekend routines.
 
You will work as part of a dedicated team to support the daily operations of this busy household, ensuring all areas of the home are maintained to an exceptional standard.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Daily housekeeping, ensuring all rooms and communal areas are immaculate
Laundry and wardrobe management for both adults and children
Organisation of cupboards, drawers, and household supplies
Morning family and breakfast service; assisting children with school preparation
Simple family food preparation (breakfast and smoothies in absence of chef)
Cleaning and maintenance of kitchens, appliances, and bathrooms
General household errands and coordination with other staff and contractors
Pet care as required (dog and guinea pigs)
Occasional assistance with floral arrangements or event setup
Children’s Support:

Assist with morning and evening routines
Prepare breakfast, uniforms, and school bags
Maintain and tidy bedrooms, bathrooms, and playroom daily
Manage children’s laundry and wardrobe rotation
Liaise with the family PA/mother regarding school and activity schedules
Candidate Requirements:

Fluent Tagalog speaker (essential)
Previous experience in a UHNW or fully staffed private household
Professional, discreet, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Confident working around pets
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Flexibility to travel occasionally if required
Days of Work, Accommodation & Salary:

Wednesday to Sunday – with Friday to Sunday sleepover in the nanny suite
Monday and Tuesday off
Salary: £55,000 gross per annum
Accommodation: Private ensuite nanny room for weekend stays only (top floor)
