We are looking for a passionate *Nursery Practitioner* to join our team, nurturing and educating young children in a safe, stimulating environment.

*Responsibilities*
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
* Foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere for children and families.
* Ensure children's safety and well-being through structured daily routines.
* Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high childcare standards.
* Encourage positive behaviour, manners, and respect.

*Requirements*
* *Qualified* in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
* *Experience* in a nursery or childcare setting preferred.
* *Strong leadership* and group management skills.
* *Excellent communication* in English (verbal & written).
* *Passionate* about early years education and child development.
* *Ability to handle* challenging behaviours with a nurturing approach.

Pay: £22,880.00-£25,000.00 per year
