Position Overview

A high-profile private family in Grozny is seeking an experienced Native Arabic Nanny/Governess with fluent English to provide high-quality childcare, early education, and language development for a 5-year-old girl.

This role is ideal for a career nanny or governess with a strong background in early childhood education who is confident delivering English-language immersion in a structured yet playful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full childcare and daily supervision

• Creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

• Supporting age-appropriate cognitive, emotional, and social development

• Teaching and communicating with the child in English

• Learning through play, songs, storytelling, crafts, and creative activities

• Accompanying the child on walks, outings, and travel

• Encouraging good manners, routines, and independence

• Maintaining cleanliness in the child’s room and play areas

• Cleaning up after activities, feeding, and light cooking related to the child

• Assisting with child-related household cleaning tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)

• Fluent English (C2 level or equivalent)

• Proven experience as a nanny, governess, or private tutor

• Verified and checkable references

• Strong knowledge of early childhood development

• Professional, calm, and child-focused approach

• Willingness to relocate to Grozny

• Additional languages are an advantage
