Role Responsibilities
From formal dining and wardrobe management to guest arrivals and day-to-day organisation, you’ll ensure the household runs smoothly at all times. You’ll lead a small team, managing schedules and setting a tone of warmth and precision. This is a hands-on role, especially when the principals are in residence, where expectations are high and attention to detail is everything.

You’ll take the lead on front-of-house service, with a particular focus on guest care. You will be the main point of contact for all visitors to the home, ensuring each guest’s arrival, stay, and departure is handled smoothly and thoughtfully. Whether coordinating arrival logistics, offering impeccable table service, or quietly anticipating needs during a stay, your role is central to creating a relaxed yet refined atmosphere.

As the principals entertain regularly, you’ll work closely with the chefs and wider household team to plan and support formal dinners, lunches, and weekend visits. While service should be discreet and precise, it should also feel warm and personal.
