You’ll be at the forefront of program development, staff mentorship, and strategic collaboration, while actively participating in agency-wide leadership initiatives, training programs, and committees that shape the future of behavioral health services at Walker.

*What You’ll Be Doing:*

* Lead with Purpose: Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and direct care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
* Drive Program Success: Oversee scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Innovate Therapeutic Programming: Implement and train others in evidence-based practices like trauma-informed care, CBT, and behavior management models.
* Build Bridges: Collaborate with families, schools, and external providers to create a unified support system for youth.
* Deliver Clinical Services: Provide direct care and consultation, ensuring youth and families progress toward their goals.
* Lead with Data: Monitor outcomes and use data to drive continuous improvement.
* Shape the Future: Contribute to leadership committees and training initiatives that influence agency-wide practices.

*What You Bring to the Table:*

*Required:*

* Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
* Licensed Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, etc.).
* Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
* Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.

*Preferred:*

* 5+ years of clinical and managerial experience in youth-focused therapeutic settings.
* Experience in budget management and program expansion.
* Familiarity with clinical data systems and outcome tracking.

*What You’ll Need to Succeed:*

* A passion for youth development and therapeutic innovation.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfort with both administrative tasks and hands-on leadership.
* Physical ability to perform MAP and TCI functions, and attend offsite meetings.
