*Salary:* £21,372 (pro-rata) / £13.70 per hour equivalent

From forest walks to frog spotting, mud kitchens to firepit cooking, no two days are ever the same and that’s just the way we like it.

We’re now looking for a *passionate, nature-loving Early Years Educator* to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

*What You’ll Do*

* Support and guide children through meaningful, play-based learning, indoors and outdoors.
* Lead creative outdoor activities that spark curiosity and build confidence.
* Use the EYFS framework to create unique, nature-rooted experiences.
* Work closely with parents and colleagues to share magical moments and key milestones.
* Bring energy, creativity, and care to every day.

*What We’re Looking For*

* Experience working in an early years setting.
* A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above).
* Strong communication skills with both children and adults.
* A love of the outdoors - whatever the weather!
* Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a collaborative attitude.

Hours & Requirements

* 30 hours per week, over 5 days (Monday–Friday).
* Shifts will fall between 6:45am – 7:00pm.
* All successful candidates must complete an Enhanced DBS check.
